Coming in at 11.9 ounces, the Nike Lunar Hyperdunk 2012 is the most advanced Nike basketball shoe to date. It will release on the second half of this year and it will feature a basketball specific Lunarlon midsole. Exposed Flywire is seen on the upper as the next generation of the signature technology. It is aimed to give an independent lockdown making the cables grip your foot when needed and freely without the restrictions of a casing seen on the previous models. From a laminated plastic sheet to Skinwire to the Kobe VI which featured a breathable mesh upper much similar to Hyperfuse technology, we now see the latest most advanced Nike product yet. What are your thoughts on the direction Nike is taking? Specifically the use of this type of Flywire and a full-on utilization of Lunarlon? Do you think it was the right move to let LeBron James endorse the shoe?

Dynamic Flywire support which goes with the natural motion of your foot and caters to your needs
