Again, it was a close first half with Ateneo taking the early lead with strong offensive efforts from Finals MVP Nico Salva and Rookie Phenom Kiefer Ravena. But you can't count out RR Garcia, Ramos and Romeo as they burned threes and mid range shots to bring FEU back within striking distance. Bringas also showed up ready to play as he defended Slaughter well and outplayed him on offense. Just like game 1, the score was close as the second quarter ended with FEU eventually taking a 1 point lead. But Ateneo had other plans after the half, they dominated the 3rd quarter with a 22 point outburst with Tiongson coming off the bench with 11 points. In the 4th quarter FEU definitely felt the pressure and eventually crumbled to the delight of the Ateneo fans in the arena. CONGRATULATIONS ATENEO BLUE EAGLES for the first ever 4-peat in UAAP history!

Lots of Hyperdunk 2011 and Hyperfuse 2011 in there as well as the well-received Zoom Kobe VI. No Jordan Brand sighting again as it doesn't seem to be a favorite performance choice for most UAAP players. It seems that Terrence Romeo would rather stick with his 2009 Huarache Tony Parker PE!
