KD 6 Seat Pleasant (Quick Thoughts) RELEASING TOMORROW! + On Feet Pics

So, this shoe feels amazing. Definitely the boldest, most advanced KD shoe yet. The tongue is the most polarizing aspect of the shoe but it's a simple concept. The two-part, Asics Gel Lyte III-esque tongue is made to better accommodate your foot and hug it perfectly without irritation. A simple concept that's only been implemented on a basketball shoe now.

The upper is made of the newest generation of Hyperfuse which comprises of 2 layers. It's really really thin it actually feels a bit like leather and rubber with how it moves around and conforms. THE FIT

It actually fits pretty much like the Kobe 6. That's high praise considering the Kobe 6 is a stellar performer and is regarded as one of the best Kobes ever. It's really close to your foot and a bit narrow WITHOUT feeling weird. You guys definitely need to try it on for yourself to really appreciate the adjustments they made. The new midsole setup is based with a lower density Phylon with Zoom Air and Max Air. The softer foam casing made the shoe feel lightyears better than the previous KDs. You can actually feel the Air Bags and I can tell they'll feel heavenly on court. Explosive guards will love this shoe for sure.

Is the price jump worth it? I say yes. The shoe releases tomorrow in all major Nike outlets like Nike Stadium and Planet Sports and retails at 6,995.
