The Python will release this January in China and February worldwide. NikeID designing will be up by December 2 and ordering will be accepted by the 20th. This will be the lightest Kobe to date with an astounding 9.6 ounce weight, a huge drop from the 13.6 ounce Kobe VII System. This will be as light as the Crazy Light 2 from Adidas but it will feature a modular cushioning system as well as Nike + options so that you can monitor your performance digitally.

Kobe himself has said that these are the most comfortable shoes he's ever played in and that as he wore them in practice the other day, his teammates gave him their sizes already. I mean, who won't be excited to try these on? Engineered mesh, Lunar insole and orthotic-ready Nike Zoom Air insert options for cushioning and that sleeve thing... It's looking real good! The Pythons are in everyone's list right now with good reason, they look stunning in that army kinda vibe and metallic finish. Would you be copping a pair?
