UAAP 75 FINALS: Ateneo UST GAME 1 *NEAT SNEAKS*

The UST Growling Tigers led at the half but it's as if Ateneo planned it all along. The Blue Eagles ran past UST in the 3rd quarter behind Ravena, Salva and Tiongson's stellar performances. But just when you thought it was over, UST would hit one big shot after another to keep them within striking distance. As usual, Aljon Mariano owned the defense and Teng came up big especially in the 4th quarter. Some controversial calls were made that may have swayed the game's outcome, but it is what it is, all that matters in the end is who played harder. We'll see if UST's toughness can overcome Ateneo's dominance and force a 3rd game this Thursday. Oh yeah, Salva is at it again, he dropped 30 points to lead Ateneo.
