The highly anticipated Nike Zoom Kobe VII has finally been unveiled and we like what we see! The Supreme system will include two inserts, Attack Fast and Attack strong. For the speedy guards that rely on responsiveness for quick cuts, the Attack Fast insert is recommended. It has a Phylon casing with forefoot and heel Zoom Air. It also features the traditional tongue connected to a low cut cuff for comfort and a sock-like fit.

The Attack Strong insert is composed of a full length Cushlon bed as opposed to the earlier rumored Lunarlon cushioning. It features a high cut cuff composed of a specially engineered fabric for support and maximum comfort. It has a power-stretch capability with padding and perforations for stability and ventilation. Cushlon instead of Lunar foam isn't necessarily a bad thing since it's still a good source of cushioning providing a plush ride.

The upper's polyurethane outer layer is inspired by the skin of three predators: Leopard, Great White Shark and the Black Mamba. The Zoom Kobe VII is the complete interpretation of Kobe Bryant's predator like presence on the basketball court. Expect to see several Attack Fast only releases next year with different patterns on the layer underneath the outer casing. These will come in the form of several predators: Poison Dart Frog, Grey Wolf, Great White Shark and Leopard.
