Premium materials have been used (the only way to find out if this is true is if you actually play in these) sparingly on these but you can't really complain since you're really just paying an extra 5 bucks. They look exactly the same as the regular release save for that glossy detailing on the toe box which looks to be some sort of reinforcement. Nike is really pushing the consumer's limits with these regular and supreme releases. Expect these to drop soon in your local retailers but you can get them now at Eastbay.
